Hi, I’m Stacy, Perth mum, children’s book author and the person behind Books for Little Beasts.

Books have always been something I love, and becoming a mum gave me the push to have a go at writing one of my own. While on parental leave, I wrote and published The Silly Frog, which was a pretty big tick off the bucket list!

Books for Little Beasts started from that little adventure, with a love for stories that make kids laugh, get them thinking and give parents something to enjoy reading for the hundredth time, too.

I’m a big believer that books can help little ones make sense of the world, whether that’s learning to keep going when things get tough, understanding their feelings or simply enjoying a good, silly story.

 

This is a little passion project that I’m excited to keep growing, with plenty of ideas up my sleeve.
